When I push myself constistently and eat clean I feel amazing - nothing compares to the feeling after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
People taking the time to leave me comments and help me out here on Bodyspace. It makes me accountable so I stick to my training and eating clean which has given me results which of course makes me feel awesome so I keep doing it. Thanks everyone!

I want to be toned and defined-no more cellulite. I am sick of carrying around this extra fat. I want a body that will support the activities I enjoy (hiking, rock climbing, running, biking, etc)and I don't want to be self conscious anymore.
I also would like to be able to do 50 push up (not girl ones) and at least 5 pullups.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Currently, knee injury-tracking issues. 4 weeks into recovery.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I'm a morning person so I am motivated to get up and get moving, but I always enjoy writing out my workout for the day over breakfast and an americano. If I am prepared - I follow through. Well, as some of you may know from different comments on my page I haven't been feeling well. I got sick of it and want to just feel normal again so I can get back to training as I am used to, so I got some tests done. I don't have all of the results back yet (i.e. a diagnosis or name),...

Well its good to hear your training is back on and going well,seriously keep it up you have already made great progress and no doubt will get there quickly. I appreciate your comments it helps at times for some else to pump you up a little. Mr.jefferson was right the mental aspect is very important, but he proably didn't deal with negative body images, LOL, just kidding. Thnx again and Keep on.

i've actually made the transition away from being vegan, and am now eating dairy, eggs, and fish. I'm finding that I'm getting leaner way faster now that I'm eating this way. I think it's pretty hard to get enough protein to feel full while cutting body fat! However, if you do want to go vegan you can try gemma pea protein or hemp protein instead of soy :)
Hi. I intake soy and whey to achieve my daily protein levels. As I dont eat any kind of non veg, for me those are the only option available to me. I feel u dont need to drop what u r consuming now, as u dont like soy as substitute. Looking from the pic u seem to be in good shape. So just cont with ur diet an d enjoy ur workout.
Thx for the friend request! I can't imagine ur body having any cellulite-u look gr8! Hmm if you can't eat soy-you will likely be on egg whites almost daily. When I was doing contest diet I only ate whites for protein and shales and whey or soy protein shakes. If you aren't in prep or just want to tone up you can include some bars IF you have too, the whey shots, and whey shakes to get your protein w/o soy.
