How I Started:
I always had big calves and i feel i was disproportionned. I feeled like my calves were as big as my legs. At this time, i had small arm and i was a little fat even i was only weighting 160 pounds. That's how i start.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel the pain, to be better each time i go training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always want to be stronger, so each time i go and i don't feel strong enough. I tell myself that i will be stronger next week. If i reach what i want then i tell myself that i will be stronger next time.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching my goals fixed in my cutting diet. It was the first i diet and i learned a lot during that time. Next time i will diet, it should be a lot easier even if diet hard.

My primary goal is to reach a 220 pounds with 10% body fat. Benching 315 pounds, Squatting 405 pounds and Deadlifting 495 pounds. Having 45 cm arm with 35 forem arm, 70 cm legs. Wider shoulder thicker back and wider. Bigger pecs.
