2007 with 235+ pounds on a skinny-fat (fat-skinny?) frame. Actually in better health than 3 years before but quite a wreck nonetheless.
Birthday photo. Made my goal of 205 pounds! New goal is 195 with more muscle and less fat. Let's see where I am by January 2010.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Bicycling on road or windtrainer. Barbell/dumbbell complexes. Tabata complexes.

Barbell complexes. Variations of sets of movements with barbell only as a weight. Quite exhausting yet, dare I say, fun.
