I've always been pretty active. Grew up playing sports. Played 3 sports in high school and have been wrestling for about 14 years. I started lifting religiously a couple years ago to stay active. Love it! I just graduated and became a certified personal trainer!
Why I Love It:
I love how you can change your body. By eating certain foods, doing certain exercises, etc. Its just awesome. Plus, I love staying active.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay motivated by looking at the big picture and seeing the outcome of the hard work.

Thanks for checkin' in on me, Justin! Well, the re-hab went great. I've regained symmetry and even put more size on BOTH legs. Rollin' on 20's (thighs)...up from 19's pre-injury status. Got 12.5 weeks to kick the 21's-Plus. Hope ur muscle gain is coming along smoothly too. *smile*
