I jus did a killer cardio sesh! To make things more interesting this morning I got a barbell and put 50lbs on each side. Put it on my traps like u would when doing squats. Then got on my elliptical and did a 15min. sesh up some hills. It was killer, seriously! My quads, traps, shoulders, lats, and mid back were on fire. It was one of the most fun change ups I've done in awhile. The only thing that I recommend is to have a partner to help lift the weight off your shoulders. It gets very heavy and is hard to lift back up over your head when done. Or go with a lighter weight that u know u will be able to get back over your head by yourself. XxHoleShotxX took two months off,bad idea.ate whatever whenever,ended up gaining 5% fat back.im back in the gym been making some gains,muscle/strength.
