How I Started:
I got started by reading and reading some more, and looking at profiles on here, and just wanting to look better. I asked a lot of questions to people here at the gym and looks like I am prolly going to get hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the progress of my body, and to see the transformaions become me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at others profiles stating to myself that "I can do that, or I can get that" The progression of my body motivates me the most. My goal has been more or less achieved of reaching my weight...I have no doubt I would have made it...but now I have a new goal of really shredding up....I mean really cut up...a healthy cut though...something that can stay consistant...and seeing the pictures of myself with this new goal i am sure will be my biggest motivation.

Goal (Long):
I would like to gain that armor plating a lot of you on here already have obtained. I would like to increase my bench press dramatically. I am wanting to lose all the leftover alcohol that I have been drinking in the past, and get my six pack to show through some clothes. I would also like to get a little larger all around just for more strength and be able to maintain that without having to have rigerious workouts all the time.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
At this time, I haven't eaten any desserts for a while...I did have an ice slushy two days ago for my birthday...but nothing since I have been in Iraq.

don't find them...all i eat are chicken breasts, tuna, salad, and rice

Yeah, no **** they know their stuff. I didn't even get to watch the game. Kinda glad at this point I didn't. I would of been pissed off yelling at the bar. Not good some times..lol!!! So, I cleaned all day and watch the Tampa game on and off.
i got in 50 minutes of cardio yesterday..was hoping to make it a full hour, but ran out of time..going to push myself much more this weekend..happy halloween!!
