How I Started:
I realized i need to gain weight, and strenth and the only way to do that is to workout!
Why I Love It:
I love to see the change a month after working out, after good workout i feel the pump and cant wait to go to the gym tomorrow and do it all over again.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing people around me that are bigger and thinking that could be me some day if i stay dedicated. Also a workout friend can help alot!
