Apr huh? Honestly I gotta get off my @** and start searching for comps! I'm back on schedule with my training/ diet and I want to squeeze a comp in before Nov 2010 out here. Looking for a training partner to help push me harder though.

Don't make me come back out there and shake things up! Look I'm talking crap and I just now started back on a good routine :D

That's not a bad idea especially if your looking for a solid foundation. I would do a full body day and focus on 1 body part that day. For example; on a full body "shoulder day" every other exercise should be a shoulder workout alternating with your other muscle groups. Repeat this with different body parts throughout the week. I like the 1 day on - 1 day off plan personally.

Thats true, you and the rest of Japan made me actually feel like I had some height on me :D Its about time I throw my news ones up too! Also, I met some guy at golds that is starting some urban natural bodybuilding mag,wanted me to shred down and be in it. I figure why the heck not?
