...But for weights, I do deadlifts, good-mornings, and back hyper extensions. Of course, people usually emphasize different muscles more when doing the same lifts...maybe I just lift with my back more, generally, whatever exercise I'm doing. But I really do thing most of it came from "real world" stuff.
Thanks for the compliment man. About the back: honestly, I only attribute 50% of it to weight training. The other 50%: carrying a heavy backpack since high school, sometimes walking long distances home with that thing on. Ironically, it was because I was too lazy to keep going back to my locker, switching books, etc., and now I'm just used to it.
