What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?

No distractions. I have everything I need at the gym to complete my workout. Also if I observe someone push themselves through that extra rep or that extra mile... it motivates me to do the same.

Hi Liz- I know how you feel. Sometimes thinking about training and eating right when there are other issues going on seems impossible. I sure hope you find a new motivation, and find a way to channel those feeling into some mean workouts. I personally ate like it was my last day on earth...I feel pretty bad about it..so tomorrow it is ON! Back on track...:o)))Talk soon!!:)
