Supplement Reviews
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate
Review: Put simple this product is great at doing its job: delivering high quality protein to your body fast. While I'm aware there is an astonishing spectrum of post-workout protein hybrid supplements (e.g. protein + creatine), this product keeps it simple and pure which is what I like. In terms of taste, effectiveness, and serving:price ratio, it's absolutely amazing.

Millennium Sport Ragnarok - Caffeine Free, 1.32 Lbs., Ballistic Blue Raz
Review: I tried this product primarily as a source of creatine with the added bonus of nitric oxide and energy enhancer. In terms of delivering an insane pump this product certainly delivers. However, I failed to be impressed by both the quantity of creatine per serving, energy increase, and dissolution of product in liquid. This product was fun for mixing things up with supplements but I would not buy again.

Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester, 500 Grams
Review: This was my first creatine product and it sure did deliver. This product does what it claims and that is to product those same creatine results you're used to with creatine monohydrate but with less of the associated side-effects as well as a smaller dosage. The only way this product falls short is in its taste. From the first taste to the last I had of this product it was repulsive each and every time. It wasn't intended to taste great and I don't care if it didn't because I got the results I wanted with this product. I would buy this product again.

Universal Animal Pak, 44 Paks
Review: Because it is hard for me to judge the specific results of a multi-vitamin I will assume that it did the majority of things it is supposed to do and instead focus on which aspects of this product I did not like. Put simply, there are far far far too many pills and of those 14 or so pills the majority of them are of sizes intended for horses. If this doesn't bother you, by all means buy this product, otherwise start looking for another. Because I found a multi-vitamin I like more, I would not buy this again.

AST Multi Pro 32X, 100 Caplets
Review: Again, I personally am not able to monitor the effects of a multi-vitamin to the level that I can claim it fails or succeed so I will focus on what I like about this product over others I have tried. This product is a manageable size pill with only 1 pill per serving. Also it doesn't taste like ass which is a definite plus. This will likely be my regular multi-vitamin indefinitely.

Universal Real Gains, 6.85 Lbs., Chocolate Ice Cream
Review: Fantastic product for slow delivery protein with high calories for those that need all the help they can get with caloric intake. The slow delivery of protein is a definite plus especially with a busy schedule or when sleeping. The taste is great and the price is reasonable. I will be continuing with the product for a while.
