How I Started:
Both my best friend hitting the gym over the summer time and my own desire to put on some muscle.
Why I Love It:
Besides the amazing feeling of sucking it up and pushing your body beyond failure? I love working out because I love pushing myself further than I think I can go. There's something to be said for training yourself not to be a quitter and to just do it without whining or complaining in all aspects of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love improving myself in any manner that I can, this being one of them.

Goal (Long):
i'd love to hit 160. low? maybe but for me it'd be a big deal then i'd re-evaluate what i want to do based on what i see in the mirror. first, though, i have to be smart and let my knee get better. once that happens i'll think about these things too:
bench: 225x1

deadlifts: 365x1

What is your cardio exercise plan?
When I do run it's a 30 minute run, increasing pace (never decreasing) according to milestones with the sole objective of beating my previous run's time.
thanks man, never tried to pull 270 before that's just from the 5 rep max calc when i put in 240lb. my squats are nowhere near as high as i squat as looow as i can gooo!

And yeah, it's nice to be repping 275 again on the deadlifts...except my grip was completely gone for the whole rest of my workout.
