Always was interested in building muscle. I got thrown out of a gym at the age of 12 because i was too young. In 2005 on valentines day i wore a muscletop too school and everyone dissed me because i was too skinny. That was the day i started bodybuilding... the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
it makesme feel good. the gym is like my comfort zone. because our gym is more like a home gym than those fancy ones there are a lot of bodybuilders there so it inspires me to train harder
How I Stay Motivated:
In 5 august 2006 i met this guy named blake at a contest. we swopped contacts for a south african mobile chat phenominon known as mixit. so he tells me when he makes improvements and vice versa.
BB Accomplishments:
Came 2nd in 2 bodybuilding contests this year.

We all have either been in to a bodybuilding contest or have seen one. In the evening show competitors are give a few seconds to do their own origional routines. I am doing a contest soon and i want to win the best poser prize money. I want to know what type of routines are good for getting...
Competing in May, I have to work real hard on my legs for them to grow more. Good luck and don't stress too much - stay calm. And thanks on the comment ;)
That WOULD be neat, But I imagine we competitors would love it so much, we would want to compete ALL the time. Dieting for contest prep would become a real burden. Unless we could control ourselve and just "spectate" some times. Maybe it will happen one day. Great wishful thinking X! *smile*
I have a differing opinion. I think that tv is serving as a great medium to encourage a healthy, fit lifestyle change that these people have been without for sooooo long. I know if my progress was broadcast on television, I'd work twice as hard to not look like a failure in the public eye. A FREE dedicated fitness staff and support system is awesome too. Let's cheer their EFFORTs to make a change. *smile*
Agreed. Many women here in America feel the same...afraid that lifting weights will bulk them up to MANly looks. Ridiculous. A toned defined feminine body is sexy and PRICELESS! *smile*
