When I Started: Oct, 2006
How I Started: How I got started? Doesn't everybody need to exercise? Also my parents are marathon runners, so I learned from them to be active as part of my life. I have been doing abs exercises since I was 10 ;)
Why I Love It: I feel strong and pretty :), and it makes me feel great during the day, more energy and better mood. It takes my depression away.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I can see changes, and I can see I'm able to do a lot of things I could not do before...I'm studying towards a good personal trainer certification and I also want to look my best as part of that plan.
BB Accomplishments: Nothing at all, I'll think about it when my waist measures 24 inches, :) (never)

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
deadlift I guess, because u can use a lot of weight, but if u do it wrong it would hurt ur back.

Alligeries been slowing me down the last couple of weeks. Not much lifting. Lots of cardio 4-6 times a week for an hour. 30 min on Stairmaster and 30min on E machine with 20lbs ankle weights.
