How I Started:
How I got started? Doesn't everybody need to exercise? Also my parents are marathon runners, so I learned from them to be active as part of my life. I have been doing abs exercises since I was 10 ;)
Why I Love It:
I feel strong and pretty :), and it makes me feel great during the day, more energy and better mood. It takes my depression away.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I can see changes, and I can see I'm able to do a lot of things I could not do before...I'm studying towards a good personal trainer certification and I also want to look my best as part of that plan.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing at all, I'll think about it when my waist measures 24 inches, :) (never)
I stopped going to the gym for about 2 months, because my dad got sick and died at the age of 60. I could not keep it together; he was an athlete, my trainer and my role model. But now I'm back to the gym, commited to work hard for myself and for him. I know he was proud of...

Spelled that wrong. Allergies. Pollen and stuff like that. Nothing too bad. New drugs for it. Stop most of the really bad problems. Now it just leaves me tired.
Alligeries been slowing me down the last couple of weeks. Not much lifting. Lots of cardio 4-6 times a week for an hour. 30 min on Stairmaster and 30min on E machine with 20lbs ankle weights.
