Overall Goal: My Goal is to have the greatest amount of strength, speed, agility, flexibility, energy, stamina as possible with the least amount of size/muscle.
Fit Status:
defeated his rival in battle, but suffered too many injuries. The only REAL challenge I've had in a long time, so I've gotten soft.
Motivation Level: 10/10

When I Started:
Jul, 2008
How I Started:
I have a lot of energy! In the past I've gone two weeks without sleep unaffected. I don't have a high sugar intake; sugar actually slows me down. It's like adding hot water to boiling water, it cools it down.
I'm a magician (as are many bodybuilders and martial artists), and physical fitness is a requirement for practicing magick effectively.
Why I Love It:
It's fun, and I like doing cool stunts. Plus, it strengthens Magick, which has more benefits than I can name.
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy it. It's never an inconvenience for me. Do you need to stay motivated to eat your favorite foods? No, it's something you enjoy to do.
BB Accomplishments:
Not a bodybuilder, I'm training to increase my capabilities and body sculpting is for balanced movement not for show. Although I do understand that bodybuilding requires more than just show, I wish to remain on the humble side to further my spiritual development. I actually wear shirts that are big on me, and because I train to strengthen my tendons and legiments rather than enlarge my muscles most people think I'm a wimp. lol

My Goal is to have the greatest amount of strength, speed, agility, flexibility, energy, stamina as possible with the least amount of size/muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to ascend far beyond the self-imposed limitations of the human body, mind, and spirit. It's more possible than we realize. It wasn't too long ago that people believed running a mile in 4 minutes was impossible, and when someone proved that wrong it became so common that the average high school could do it. The human body didn't change, just the thoughts about it.
She keeps raising the bar higher-and-higher (no pun intended). She made a switch from weight lifting to figure competing and won. She's the youngest fitness pro, and one of the strongest teenagers in the world (male or female).
She's the female fitness equivalent of Tom on Myspace. I see her on every major fitness advertisement. She's mastered the female form in both strength and appeal, she's super sweet and never brags, she's dating a rockstar... I could go on, but I do I really need to say anything else?

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Look for: Courses that fit your schedule, and machines that go up to a noteworth maximum weight. Avoid: Paying too much for nothing, unreasonable contract agreements. Who cares if the salesperson was nice to you, has a nice rack, and a cute gnd face? Let her down. You don't need to be binded by that. Why I like this video: Finally, someone capable of using the genuine technique doesn't claim to be a guru, and makes no excuses for premature development to maintain their delusion of mastery(ie: "It doesn't work on those who aren't sensitive to it). Much respect, indeed.

Why I like this video: Chase Scene from the Thai Movie "Ong Bak" starring Tony Jaa as "Ting". No english subtitles, but they're not necessary. Tony is one of my inspirations.

Why I like this video: Uh-oh! Fight Club! He kicks butt here!
Simple: I do a high amount of reps with a high weights (ie: 100 reps with 100 dumbell two-handed curls) and my body eats away the muscle, but I'm still left with physical strength.
It's also not because I wouldn't like to be or because I don't admire the look, but it's impractical to my goals....
I train myself constantly in everything I do. When I type on the computer I'm always sitting knee-over-knee with the supporting foot perfectly flat with the heel rested on the floor and my ankle aligned with the respective knee cap. My spine is perfectly straight and my back is not rounding at...
