I have always been very skinny and just grew tired of it. I was not able to fill out my cloths and just felt tiny next to the avarage person. I had to make a change and bodybuilding was it.
Why I Love It:
I mostly enjoy working out becaue its the one time of the day I can rid myself of all my problems and completly shut the world off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never satisfied, this is what drives me. I set goals and when I reach them I find myself still unsatisfied. This keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
Started working out in April of 2005 after taking two plus years of due to work and an injury. Since April of 05 till now March of 07 I have packed on over 70 pounds of lean muscle mass. This is a great accomplishment for anyone especially me.

After a long break from the gym, about 8 months due to uncontrolable events and extreme stress levels I was unable to focus on the gym. I just got back into the gym the first week of April after losing about 70 pounds. It was hard to find to motivation to start over.
Its been a solid two months of training with less then a strict diet and I am up 30 pounds and feeling good again. My goal now is to reach 260 (again), achieve a solid diet and increase my cardio.

you could probably land a 747 on that back! this is just a compliment, i felt i had to tell this. Keep up the work, you are definetly a force to be noticed. Very impressive you are. You must be even more massive from the front.
Well, actually the competition clean and jerk world record is 585, held by Taranenko. The standing overhead barbell press world record is 507, held by Alexeev, so excuse me for being a skeptic, but I find that hard to believe. The system for 405 for 8 reps is actually 503, not 575.
