How I Started: my friend charles motivated me.also i wanted to make a change to endure my strength and mobility.
Why I Love It: it's the only thing that makes me feel alive,expecually on that last rep where you can't do nothing but give it your all.
How I Stay Motivated: i just think about the strength i endure and make every rep count.

dude if you want to gain 20 pound you got to train 1 muscle groop a week and do no more then 5 reps to bild mass and strangth and not over train and i think you do over train
