my friend charles motivated me.also i wanted to make a change to endure my strength and mobility.
Why I Love It:
it's the only thing that makes me feel alive,expecually on that last rep where you can't do nothing but give it your all.

dude if you want to gain 20 pound you got to train 1 muscle groop a week and do no more then 5 reps to bild mass and strangth and not over train and i think you do over train
