Taken in July before i started weightlifting, dieting and doing cardio. I was 240+ pounds with 25% BF.
Get to 10% BF. Roughly 80-85kg. Then start clean bulking to 90kg.
Goal (Long):
To get to around 80-85kg with 10% body fat by the end of the first quarter of 2008. After gaining this goal i will then clean bulk back up to 90kg and keep my body fat low. Once im pleased with how i look and don't want get any bigger i will then do endurance training.
This is my fat loss diet that i have been using for the past 3 months. The first month i admit i use to not be strict and had some unclean food but now everything i eat (discluding my cheat meal on Fridays) is clean. It has worked very well and i have lost over 40 pounds while my lifts...
I echo what TrailerPark Trast said below. Great progress! Keep working on it. I was at 10% once...kind of let myself slip. Hard work, time, energy...you'll get there.
I'll find out tomorrow for my weight :p Hopefully it went down more since last week (lost 1 lb last week Boo). Glad your doing well! and YAY for upper abs :D
Tom, just by looking at the charts is easy to know you are aiming at the right direction; away from the couch of doom!
Great Job, don't look back don't loose this impulse!
Very good 11 week progress seen on the thicker traps and broader shoulders, much thicker chest/pecs, slimmer waist and tighter stomach. Next 11 should be fun ride to watch. Andre
