I wanted to change my daily routine since all I do is watch T.V and play video games. So I went to Walgreen's and bought the Perfect Push-Up for 20 bucks and stuck to it ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love the that pumped feeling, the soreness, and the burning sensation knowing that I'm making my body stronger one day at a time.

I first I wanted to work out so I can look good! But as the years go by, I have a different goal to build up my body. To make it bigger, stronger, and to make sure that it stays that way in to my senior years. I've once tried to lift weights when I was younger, but I didn't have the motivation. Now that I'm older and wiser by doing research on the topic, I think I can pull this off. I was never a overweight person. I was just a skinny kid! I want to be the kind of person who knows that my body will never be out of shape and to have self confidence in my self. It's a long road to travel, but like the Little Engine that could once said, "I think I can! I think I can! I think I can!"
