I want to be able to bench press 400 pounds by 20 years old. I also strive to possibly be a fitness model, and ultimately be on the cover for Men's Health.
Goal (Long):
Well, I was overweight when i was 11, and kids had to make the world know it, I also wanted to play football. So i decided to get into shape, but then i stopped for a few years, and recently started again. Seeing the results, I have decided to keep it up, and I can't wait to see what I'll look like in 3 years. I'm hoping to be around 220 pounds, and have about 4-6% bodyfat, I don't want to be too big, just big enough.
ahh...where u got that from? lol
U do that often? I do arms 1 day 48 hours rest with them inmeanwhile I do legs. hehe And a hell Much exerice and sets and reps in the 2-3 hours training. :)
