Started out after the army, was working out for boxing competition because I wanted to be in the mid-weights but I changed my mind on the road and went for culturism!
Why I Love It:
It's a lifestyle, I'm an artistic person and I feel like I'm sculpting my body to try to reach perfection. It feels good to see it changing, we get rewarded for all the sweat we spent and being natural is twice harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being cutter and bigger than those on stock is a very good feeling. Just the fact to get rewarded with my body changing is a good motivation for all the time and sweat spent in gym because being natural takes twice longer.
Participate into quebec's culturism contests, to be 180 llbs and to get to 4% body fat off-season or lower.
I want to be around 175 llbs and 3% body fat for on-season in may.
Because he works so hard to get results while some people arn't doing much to get them. He also helped me lots with motivation and supplementation with his endless knowledge!
Wow, what an impressive transformation! I'm curious How much of it do you attribute to HST? I'm guessing you also have great genetics for gains like that. Cheers.
