Goal (Long):
Finally motivated by my dear friend and lover, a fitness trainer and bodybuilder, I've never been as active as I wanted to be and have now broken out of my slump and entered into the endorphin laced joys of weightlifting, jogging and soon swimming!! 30 to 60 seconds, up to 100 seconds if I'm exhausted. It seems to be enough to catch my breath and for the muscles to feel "normal" again, without feeling like I'm starting from zero. It's a whole ATP recoup cycle thing.30 to 60 seconds, up to 100 seconds if I'm exhausted.
