I just got done with a competition. When I was cutting down for it, I was on a low carb diet, but now I am increasing them again to put on size. Low carbs and high protein worked great for cutting down the bodyfat for the competition though.

Prep is going great. I haven't been updating everything on here, but diet is going well, posing is looking good, and I am ready. Seven days away!

Heck yeah, my Sunday was good. I had an arm day today, because I missed a day midweek and had to make it up. I like your Fit Status...so true.

The wings went well last month. The wheels were just alright. I had some issues squatting with lower back pain, so I had to resort to hack squats, front squats, and anything else that didn't put too much pressure on my back. This month I am going to focus mainly on rear delts and hamstrings. How are things with you?

I have been adding a little mass. My back is seeming to grow rather quickly, but I lack the wide lats. This month I plan on changing that though. I am trying to put on a little mass everywhere, but it is a slow journey.
