When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I started playing sports in high school. I quit for a few months after school, and I realized that you can go downhill pretty quickly. I picked it up again and stayed with it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me look and feel my best.

Things with me aren't too bad. I have an odd pain in my knee - never had knee trouble before - and in my thumb of all places. The knee is cutting into my cardio, but if I stick to the bike it's alright. Glad things are going well for you!
