When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I started playing sports in high school. I quit for a few months after school, and I realized that you can go downhill pretty quickly. I picked it up again and stayed with it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me look and feel my best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think I am addicted, but if I ever feel unmotivated before a workout, I turn on some crazy music and bang my head against a wall a few times then do a few cartwheels and I am ready to go.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none. :)

I want to get my body fat down, so there is more definition in the ab area. I would also like to work on being more proportional in my pecs and shoulders.
I know that there is a little progress, but I am unhappy with how little it looks like I have achieved. My symmetry is slightly better, but still needs some work. I think if the pictures were taken in the same lighting, they would look very similar.

Goal (Long):
I am pretty happy with my body, but I have always had small calves. It isn't like I don't work on my legs, but my calves have refused to grow. Recently I have been working them more often and with more intensity. Soon I hope to get some pictures up of them, and you can watch me hopefully make them grow. I also need a way to measure, so I can set a measurable goal.
It has been a long running joke with me that I have a 5 pack. My bottom left ab muscle refuses to come out from below the surface, but when I woke up this morning I could see the bottom outline of it. I was excited, and then I ate breakfast and it went away.
Journey is a good way to describe it - but you are making progress so that's what counts. Keep up the good work I'll be following along! Now go hit those lats!
You're welcome and no problem - I just happened to be browsing through my friends list to see who I hadn't checked in with in a while and noticed your profile pic changed. I didn't realize you had just added the new pics just a little bit ago though! Anyway, it's good to see that your definition is still sharp - and it looks like you might be adding some mass now, too. Am I right?
I wish I could offer some useful advice, but the good news is that if you have to have a weak area the calves are probably the best place to have it. You're looking big and solid everywhere else so keep up the great work and they'll grow sooner or later!
i was on a biz trip this week so my training time was limited. managed to get a workout in the hotel gym and a run on the beach so I can't really bitch. progress is slow, but steady. aiming to get some definition like you brother. keep hitting it hard.
Things are going well thank you. Workouts have been great, lots of variety, and happy to say I'm sore somewhere all the time :)
How about you, happy summer is on it's way?
Tbings could be better - I've been so busy that my training took a back seat for a while, but I'm looking forward to getting back at it full force for the summer. I'm not surprised that your upper body fared well during your recuperation - I'm sure you worked out as much as you could without having to stand - and I'm sure your legs will respond quickly now. It shouldn't take you long to get back anything you might have lost. Good luck!
