How I Started:
I started working out when I started playing sports in high school. I quit for a few months after school, and I realized that you can go downhill pretty quickly. I picked it up again and stayed with it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me look and feel my best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think I am addicted, but if I ever feel unmotivated before a workout, I turn on some crazy music and bang my head against a wall a few times then do a few cartwheels and I am ready to go.

Hey bro, it has been awhile! Back is looking solid in the avi, ripped! Great progress so far bro. Keep kicking ass bro and best of luck reaching your goals! Keep me posted!
