Yah, 230lbs and about 29% bodyfat, 38" waist and almost need a bra. Not cool
Started cutting 7 days ago, already down 5lbs, doesnt really show except for on the gym floor where my lifting has gone down.

2 weeks into bulking. Eating a little too much, but I want to make sure I am fueling enough for the heavy lifting portion of this training program. I will cut out some calories after my next bodycomp in 2 weeks.

Been doing some heavy mass building for the upper chect and trap area's. Heavy lifting=heavy pain=heavy gain

211lbs today. Time to cut back a little on the calories as I think too much of this weight is excess and its really starting to hurt my eyes =)

210lbs. Holding a lot of excess during this bulk and its really playing with my head. Im worried about getting "fat" again but I know the extra calories are required during a bulk. Damned if you do...

90 day bulk, +14lbs. Hopefully half of it was good gains. Got a little flabby cause the diet was not as clean as it should have been. Starting to cut today.
