Overall Goal: Add 6-8lbs of LBM by the end of February

2 months of yoga went well, I feel I can get back into Muay Thai and start competing again.

When I Started:
How I Started:
Same as most people, wanted to see what I could do with a less than ideal looking body
Why I Love It:
I found out that I have a natural gift to add size, hitting the iron with intensity makes me feel good about myself and the results make me happy
How I Stay Motivated:
Joining this site and seeing the hard work of other members has been my major motivation. Also, by remembering that Im nowhere near perfect and I can always fine tune some area of my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
I would love to say losing the 40lbs to get where I am now, but lets be honest, I should never have let myself get to that point. I dont have "bad" genetics, thyroid problems etc, my undisciplined ass got lazy and ate improperly. Simple as that!!!
Yah, 230lbs and about 29% bodyfat, 38" waist and almost need a bra. Not cool
210lbs. Holding a lot of excess during this bulk and its really playing with my head. Im worried about getting "fat" again but I know the extra calories are required during a bulk. Damned if you do...
Check out this guys physique. Over the past decade, bodybuilding has become a sport where "he who no longer fits through a standard door" WINS. The days of physiques like Arnold, Flex, Zane are sadly gone but guys like Antoine are bringing esthetic bodybuilding back.
To build and then maintain a body like this is nothing less than complete dedication. Its what I currently lack and its keeping me from reaching this level.
I use a regular whey isolate during the day, but I have found adding the casein before bed has really helped me through the nights and I seem to gain faster.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Why I like this video: This guy is a freak. Total body control... I cant even get out of bed some days.
Yellow JUN Supra Turbo Drifting
Played: 23
Why I like this video: Love my Supra's... not an exercise vid, but gets me pumped up.
BIGGER STRONGER FASTER* Deleted Scene-Mr. Olympia
Played: 58
Why I like this video: Everything about the world of professional bodybuilding is summed up in the last 25 seconds of this video... we destroy our bodies for the "image" of health and fitness.
Seriously, this is not an online sex chat. If some of you choose to make rude sexual comments to a willing recipient, that’s fine, but it does not give you the right to insult other members with nasty sexual comments or pick up attempts.
Thanks Chris. Question for you - have you ever had problems with your elbows? I'm not sure if it's from tennis or from lifting or both, but I am getting daily soreness and it sucks. I think I may need to limit my range of motion on certain exercises, like curling and tricept work. Any suggestions?
=] Thank you! That's so funny!! I had the 70, 80, 90, 100 and 110 barbells all lined up Monday night for legs and the gym manager drifted his way upstairs into the free weights area (my home, and I'm the only female) He walked up to me and said "Damn Chezna... using all the weight in the gym tonight?" I said, "Well somebody's gotta do it... pu$$y" whoops! I love training with my old powerlifter men. They are like the Dads I never had!
hehe :) thankyou! I'll have accomplished my new years resolution while everyone else is making theirs ;) I like your avi! you are caarved, wow have you come a long ways, great work
