Same as most people, wanted to see what I could do with a less than ideal looking body
Why I Love It:
I found out that I have a natural gift to add size, hitting the iron with intensity makes me feel good about myself and the results make me happy
How I Stay Motivated:
Joining this site and seeing the hard work of other members has been my major motivation. Also, by remembering that Im nowhere near perfect and I can always fine tune some area of my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
I would love to say losing the 40lbs to get where I am now, but lets be honest, I should never have let myself get to that point. I dont have "bad" genetics, thyroid problems etc, my undisciplined ass got lazy and ate improperly. Simple as that!!!

Yah, 230lbs and about 29% bodyfat, 38" waist and almost need a bra. Not cool
Started cutting 7 days ago, already down 5lbs, doesnt really show except for on the gym floor where my lifting has gone down.

Why is this type of protein best?
I use a regular whey isolate during the day, but I have found adding the casein before bed has really helped me through the nights and I seem to gain faster.

Basically how do you break up your bodyparts? Do you work each bodypart once a week or twice a week. You can read my training program on my page. It is a great routine for getting cut and also gaining quality mass. I'm looking for a change though. I want to gain some pure muscle.

kool Chris, You set goals and you complete them. Yip, i sometimes work out to major muscle groups in the same hour. I try and not make it a habit. It's just i have a ton of energy left after working one major part...guess i need to lift til i can't and that way i won't have energy to work out another major muscle part. Thanks for the advice dude, i need it. It helps out a lot. Tonite i will only work out one major muscle group. Chest and abs and some cardio. Stay Sharp~ Shark

yea bulking isnt so fun..........i did cardio a.m. before breakfast and p.m. after dinner every day! carbs only on wed and had 2 cheat meals on sunday! and at certian points near competition, no cheat meals and no carb day
