Same as most people, wanted to see what I could do with a less than ideal looking body

I found out that I have a natural gift to add size, hitting the iron with intensity makes me feel good about myself and the results make me happy
How I Stay Motivated:
Joining this site and seeing the hard work of other members has been my major motivation. Also, by remembering that Im nowhere near perfect and I can always fine tune some area of my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
I would love to say losing the 40lbs to get where I am now, but lets be honest, I should never have let myself get to that point. I dont have "bad" genetics, thyroid problems etc, my undisciplined ass got lazy and ate improperly. Simple as that!!!
This woman needs to be highly commended for her progress. Most people think that being "fat" is the only health issue associated with weight. People, take your time to go through her bodyspace and if you know someone who needs helps, point them in this direction and help motivate them to become healthy.

To build and then maintain a body like this is nothing less than complete dedication. Its what I currently lack and its keeping me from reaching this level.
I use a regular whey isolate during the day, but I have found adding the casein before bed has really helped me through the nights and I seem to gain faster.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?

Training is going really well, I hear ya on the eating part. I switched up to 6 smaller meals and it really has helped my energy levels. I am about to take some new pics tonight so I can see where I'm at.
Dude that sucks man. Must have been hard not being able to lift for two months. Thanks for the great advice on not eating too much tuna. I do eat different kinds of meat through out the week. There's this one place called 'Flying Wok' and they custom make my food. After get off school i head straight there and pick it up. They steam my veggies and grill my chicken or turkey. Just got back from a 3 mile jog...legs feel swole good.

I'm trying to gain mass, muscle and tone at the same time if its at all possible. So far so good. It's all experimental. Gotta say it's hard at times but once i stick to doing something...i do it. I've been extra rocking my forearms , traps and bi's this weekend and week. I've been having to eat more too....more tuna cans to open and more veggies to eat..hah.
Chris first of thanks for the reply. I am dialing in the nutrtion side over the next eight weeks. Going with 6-8 meals of 45%prot/30carbs/25% fat - does that sound about right? What do you do as far as meals go? PS my wifes family is also from Canada. Me I am originally from Upstate New York. We currently live here in South Florida. This am workout was very tough. LOVED IT!!!!
