Goal (Long):
All my life I was over weight. After I graduated from high school and went off to college I decided to make a change. I lost alot of weight, over one hundred pounds, down to 175 from 315. Looking back I did it all wrong(not eating enough, and not lifting, just running)I compromised alot of muscle. Since then I have gained about thirty pounds back by not following a good diet. I sarted lifting weights and seeing some mass come on. My goal is to be at 190 pounds, with 8%BF!
What up bro..hows the workouts going now?
As for the bulk, its goin good man, adding some nice size but fat also..Oh well, gotta get ready for the winter , right..

i followed the plan to a t!!! towards the end i started to do more cardio like the last 4 weeks between that and my job i did loose some muscle but i was shredded as hell lol!!! i got the muscle back and more with this bulk ive been on this time i will cutt slower to maintain the mass hope this helps later
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
It's a small world, huh? I actually just moved around a week ago from Wilmington to Raleigh so I don't live there anymore, but I did for two years. I'm actually from Long Island so I never went to HS down here or anything. After I finished up college back home I moved down to NC. If you are ever in the Raleigh area drop me a line.
