Goal (Long):
Ever since I was about 12, I've always been teased about being too skinny. I was very active as a child and a teen. I was always doing something that kept the meat, or even fat from growing on me. One thing I will always remember is what someone said to me when I was 21, I hadn't seen this kid since highschool. He said to me, "When are you going to grow?". After I heard that, it motivated me to do something about it. Now I have been lifting since I was about 18, and just started taking it seriously about March of 2006. I've made lifting part of my life, and something that will always be apart of my life. I work out 5 days a week, and am at the gym to lift. When I step foot in that gym, I let nothing distract me or stand in my way. I put a 100% towards every rep and set. When you start to get compliments on your body, it motivates you even more. It makes you want to work harder. My overall goal is to bulk up. I started lifting when I weighed 120 lbs., I now weigh 155 lbs. I make sure to cover every body part, as I want to be solid all the way around. I have a goal of being a personal trainer by the start of 2008. I look forward to making this my life, and help others to achieve their fitness goals.
