thanx bro but i have 5 months up on you. im not gaining nearly as quick as i use to..right now its much slower plus joints & tendons are getting sore so had to kick it back on several occasions. still busting my arse to get my chest back to its former self. it looks good but not up to par with everything else. lol post surgery, my bad arm was 3"smaller then my good, now my bad arm is over 1/2" bigger then my former good arm lol
nice man...just dont be in a hurry! i think i started training upperbody 12 weeks after surgery and i remember i was only doing d-bell presses with 5lbs! it comes back quicker then you think it will bro. looking great man, good to see you too. im at a plateau...really hard to push more cals in, makes me gag thinking about food lol
