ENDORPHINS!!! I love the rush you get after a great workout! It is really nice to meet other people who share similar goals, and have the same drive for results!

nice man...just dont be in a hurry! i think i started training upperbody 12 weeks after surgery and i remember i was only doing d-bell presses with 5lbs! it comes back quicker then you think it will bro. looking great man, good to see you too. im at a plateau...really hard to push more cals in, makes me gag thinking about food lol
