I started lifting weights in an effort to improve my chances at playing Football, small and weak doesn't help in that game
Why I Love It:
its a complete release and challenge. i enjoy pushing myself towards to accomplishments. the changes to the body are just a bonus
How I Stay Motivated:
There are a million ways, its jsut a passion of mine. I love training others and myself. seeing it transform peoples lives, including my own makes it extremely worth it
BB Accomplishments:
Placed third in the Mens Novice Heavyweight division at my first ever show this year out of 15 competitors.

Thanks man, i really need to work on my chest and arms, which are my weaknesses. I'm doing my best, apart from the back, i also love my quads and calves, pity that i dont have a good shot, i'll let you know when i take one.
