Review: very good protien for when i'm cutting for photo shoots... usually cut out all the carbs about three weeks which is about what this covers... taste great leaves me feeling refreshed after hard work outs and definitely contributes to some of my most noticed physical attributes... overall this is probably my second fav. protien... next to muscle milk

Review: well i began taking this with out knowing what it as i tend to do with a lot of supps. start them and then learn about them... muscles pumps were a bit stronger and my definition was definitely improving while on this only wish i knew what i know now while taking it... diet is the most important thing you got...

Review: currently... taking best no supp. i've had to date... focus is incredible, pumps are stronger, don't really see a big size difference but the veins definitely come out to fight, and my muscles do feel pumped... really pumped would recommend this to anyone... test it out works... right now i'm doing two cycles on this, than two on nano than back to two on this.... well at least thats the plan...
