yea i did that too... the surprising thing was i got stronger and weaker... it was interesting to see where strength increased and decreased... but i just started dieting again... so we'll see the only thing i'm taking right now post workout is muscle milk fo sho

wow... i can't wait to graduate... sometimes when i'm in class... i get mad i'm like **** man why'd i have to join the army... i would graduated from college already... whats your major again... what are your workout routines looking like these days since your jumping back in head first?

nah i actually did a couple things for independent clothing lines but right now i'm focusing on school and producing my album... but yea i usually finance all my own private portfolios than if i'm signed they'll shoot there own...
working has been intense ive been training exclusively in this type of training called CrossFit... check it out CrossFit.com
