I have always been a healthy person, even as a kid growing up. I got tired of being the skinny kid though. I was teased a lot for being so skinny and small, so I picked up some mags when I was younger and started throwin up that iron! Ever since then I've been addicted, but got real serious October 2006. I wanted to be the best I could be. I am a 100% natural, and plan on staying natural for the rest of my life. One life, drug free.
Why I Love It:
After every rep and set you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you accomplished something once you step out of that gym after a grueling 2 hour workout. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Dan's a BEAST! Truly passionate about iron. Whenever I need a kick in the ass, I look at Dan's profile and it gets me amped up to kill it in the gym. Dude's got heart and dedication unlike anyone else.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I watch training videos, bodybuilding videos, and blast the music loud!!! This gets me pumped up and ready to train!!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am currently on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. I keep my sugar intake extremely low and never eat fast food, fried food, sweets, don't drink any alcohol, and don't drink any juices. I currently take in about 2700 cals a day through clean foods such as boneless skinless chicken breast, oats, lots and lots of eggs, lean beef, sweet potatoes, whole grain rice, organic black beans, fruits, veggies, and a whole lotta protein shakes! Seriously, being a true inspiration to me, reading one of your posts about giving up alcohol to help achieve your golas I decided to do the same (very hard) 8 days sober. Thank you for being an inspiration. Now on to figuring out nutrition, thank you.
I've been ok - just taking a break from my hours of training, doing gymnastics for about 4 hrs a day..need time off! Try this for a change, real light weight, high reps like 30 - 50, short rest like 15 - 30 secs and lots of sets from 10 - 20. Real high volume but pumps you up sooo much, I gained a lot of mass that way. not for the faint of heart and you need to eat eat eat!!!
