I have always been a healthy person, even as a kid growing up. I got tired of being the skinny kid though. I was teased a lot for being so skinny and small, so I picked up some mags when I was younger and started throwin up that iron! Ever since then I've been addicted, but got real serious October 2006. I wanted to be the best I could be. I am a 100% natural, and plan on staying natural for the rest of my life. One life, drug free.
Why I Love It:
After every rep and set you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you accomplished something once you step out of that gym after a grueling 2 hour workout. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I watch training videos, bodybuilding videos, and blast the music loud!!! This gets me pumped up and ready to train!!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am currently on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. I keep my sugar intake extremely low and never eat fast food, fried food, sweets, don't drink any alcohol, and don't drink any juices. I currently take in about 2700 cals a day through clean foods such as boneless skinless chicken breast, oats, lots and lots of eggs, lean beef, sweet potatoes, whole grain rice, organic black beans, fruits, veggies, and a whole lotta protein shakes! I keep my diet clean 7 days a week, never giving into temptation..yes it's hard at times...but you gotta say to yourself.."Is is worth it?"..I am currently on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. I just want to take the time to thank each and everyone one of you who have supported me over the years. All of you are truly the ones who keep me going. I was looking over some of the comments today left in the "Inspired" tab and realized that I am so lucky to have all the support...
Hey Nick, long time no talk. Hows training been? I had a question, wondering if you wouldn't mind adding some input. I am trying to bulk up right now. I've been writing down everything I am eating and I've kept my calorie intake right where it should be, and I need to control my fat intake (too high), and my protein (too low). I am currently taking my protein supps and I eat plenty of meat and drink plenty of milk, but I still get too much fat and not enough protein. Any ideas?
Thanks man just trying to hold onto what I got! haha! Ate 9 cans of tuna yesterday and today ate a 7 oz sirloin,scrambled eggs and smoked salmon,now off to Quiznos for a chicken sandwhich! U look great too man keep up the good work Nick!
If you could only take one or two supplements to try and put on weight what would you recomend cause I'm in tech school so I can't take too many of them. But great work been following you for awhile, except at basic but what an inspiration
