I have always been a healthy person, even as a kid growing up. I got tired of being the skinny kid though. I was teased a lot for being so skinny and small, so I picked up some mags when I was younger and started throwin up that iron! Ever since then I've been addicted, but got real serious October 2006. I wanted to be the best I could be. I am a 100% natural, and plan on staying natural for the rest of my life. One life, drug free.
Why I Love It:
After every rep and set you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you accomplished something once you step out of that gym after a grueling 2 hour workout. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Steve has made some incredible progress and went from skinny to a straight up shredded beast! His conditioning is definitely one of the best here on BodySpace. Steve knows what he's doing!..and I admire that he helps others reach their goals while ultimately trying to reach his. Keep it up Steve, you're a true inspiration brotha!
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I watch training videos, bodybuilding videos, and blast the music loud!!! This gets me pumped up and ready to train!!!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am currently on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. I keep my sugar intake extremely low and never eat fast food, fried food, sweets, don't drink any alcohol, and don't drink any juices. I currently take in about 2700 cals a day through clean foods such as boneless skinless chicken breast, oats, lots and lots of eggs, lean beef, sweet potatoes, whole grain rice, organic black beans, fruits, veggies, and a whole lotta protein shakes! Hey, you have incredible definition in your abdominal region, I was just wondering if you do weighted abdominal exercises to achieve that kind of definition?

Busy is good :) I can relate! I'm finishing school this Spring finally. I am gonna take the NSCA CPT in a week or 2, so I'm excited about that. Things are really good currently. I'm cutting for the next 3 months or so to get down to like 8%. Then I think I've finally figured out how to gain while staying lean, so I'm hoping for the best! How's your gaining comin along?

training's goibg well. i live in great white north, God's country, so running has been limited to once a week. got a heavy bag and gloves to mix up the routines. don't know if it's helping my definition as it is an anger mgmnt tool. LOL. keep inspiring brother. you hold a high ass bar for the rest of us!
