How I Started:
I have always been a healthy person, even as a kid growing up. I got tired of being the skinny kid though. I was teased a lot for being so skinny and small, so I picked up some mags when I was younger and started throwin up that iron! Ever since then I've been addicted, but got real serious October 2006. I wanted to be the best I could be. I am a natural bodybuilder, and plan on staying natural for the rest of my life. One life, drug free.
Why I Love It:
After every rep and set you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you accomplished something once you step out of that gym after a grueling 2 hour workout. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through seeing results through my hard work, compliments, and my beautiful fiance who goes to the gym with me everyday. We push and support eachother 100%. All Natural, Drug Free.

I had just started to really work on my abs and thought this picture was great at the time, lol. I look back and say, whoa..where's my definition?
A little over 3 months since my last pic, and 6 months from my first..size, vascularity, and cuts are starting to come along. My strength has also improved, I am very happy!!

Goal (Long):
I want to be a sucessful personal trainer, business man, and example for others. Helping others achieve their health and fitness goals!..and possibly owning my own gym someday..
I often get people asking me about my diet and what I eat to stay so lean, lowering my BF% but yet keep the muscle growing. Bottom line is, it's about throwing out everything you used to love and throwing in a whole other realm of foods. Sticking to a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet...
I wanted to know how you got your abs like that. I work out all the time and am still stuck.
Can you give me some exercises that I can do? I really want to get my abs like that.
I'm looking for suggestions. I know that's broad but obviously I need the help. I don't have any problem with mass but definition is a problem. Can you help?
