How I Started:
I decided in January of 2007 that it is my time to make a change for the better. My family has a history of diabetes and other health problems - and I want to ensure that I evade those conditions for my health's sake
Why I Love It:
Because only you can push yourself to be the best you that you can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Imagining how I would look like if I kept at it. Reading magazines. Learning as much as I can. And appreciating my perseverance as others keep chomping down those burgers and fries.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Higher carbs at the beginning of the day and taper off as the day goes on. Higher fat calories towards the evening. Squeezing in about 7 meals a day
