Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
It gives you someone to keep you motivated and it makes lifting fun. You get to chat while you rest and laugh and just have a great time. They push you over those plateaus.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Do you socialize while at the gym?

Well... life has just been hectic as hell these past couple of months. I'm now at OSU (Go Bucks, yeah, we beat Michigan yesterday :D). It's been so much fun but also so much work since Honors Biochem isn't exactly the easiest major ever. Thankfully I've got my wonderful girlfriend to help...

Thanks, Cullen. Keep pumpin', and eating. I have to eat so often to keep weight on I don't know what hunger feels like anymore...otherwise I can lose 5 lbs. in a couple of days.
