I would like to add 15-25lbs of lean mass to my frame. An increase in overall muscle strength, endurance should follow
Goal (Long):
Id like to pack on 20lbs solid muscle.But maintain low body fat % while gaining. Ive been training for two years seen an awesome gain of 20lbs MUSCLE. Size, strength, tone, functionability are all things I need to train my body towards to reach the goal. I believe knowledge is the key here for success.

I want to GAIN 25 lb
