I've always been active. I've played soccer, football, baseball, wrestling and sprinter on track team. I began lifting when I started playing football. I've shifted my focus on strength and size to overall fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of power and accomplishment of a good workout. I workout in the a.m., so a good workout is the start to a great day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my globe (gutt) and that's all I need to keep me focused on my ultimate goal. I also look at a picture of me when I was 24 and I know that guy is still under there somewhere! LOL!
BB Accomplishments:
None. I'm a fitness buff. But I'll play soccer until I can't stand anymore!

hey how you been, still hard at work? hehe I've been pretty good havent been able to go to the gym much but my job makes up for a it a little bit lol lots of lifting and picking up heavy stuff haha its pretty fun being a bricklayer :) hope you are going well too and you gotta tell me how to do chin ups LOL

Thx. I'm planning on adding 5-10 lbs to pullups when I can hit 20 on 1st set or eek out 10 on the 2nd set. I just added them to my w/o's 3 wks ago for the 1st time ever. I'm surprised I can hit 17.
LOL yeah I havent been car pushing in awhile I'm on holidays from trade school I was doing bricklaying so that was keeping me fit for a bit but since the holidays its the same with me need to work on eating a bit better, good to hear from ya mate :)
This Grandma is doing great and getting very excited for fall competition. Once you get the diet right, all else will follow. I know it's hard being where you are. Do your best!
