I started just to get away from classes and the monotony of the week. Bodybuilding gave me something different and something dynamic.

So they know why I am doing my thing and because they keep me motivated.

Well for diet lots of protein and fruits/veggies. when i cut i dont eat any carbs whatsoever!Supplements just stay away from like stay away from the stuff that makes ya bloated like creatine and weight gainer but for cutting i try n keep it natural. No fatburners thats pussy. But like maybe a caffeine based product to jump start the metabolism

It always helps motivate me to go on youtube and check out some of favorite classic bodybuilders doing their posing routines. There's some good one's of Larry Scott and Arnold on there that I like.
