Fit Status:
First you have to give up, first you have to *know*... not fear... *know*... that someday you're gonna die.-Tyler Durden
I started when I began working at Abercrombie & Fitch. I thought I was so scrawny compared to my Co. workers. So being the person that I am, I took initiative and hit the gym. It is my philosophy that instead of feeling sorry for yourself, or wishing that you were/had/or could do/be something else, go make it happen. "You were not born a winner, and you were not born a loser. You are what you make of yourself."
Why I Love It:
The sense of accomplishment and satisfaction I obtain after a workout. There are few things in life that provide me with a challenge. Therefore when I complete a task I don’t receive much satisfaction from it. This, however, does not occur in lifting. Working out and always improving my body provides me with a never ending cycle of improvement and satisfaction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Does anyone else find it ironic that directly under "why you love it" is "how you stay motivated" I found this quite hilarious. I really don’t need to stay motivated, lifting is just; just one of those things I love to do.
BB Accomplishments:
Abercrombie & Fitch home office fashion show. Walk Through. AAA etc
Forum Signature:
"It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believed in myself." - Muhammad Ali.

Goal (Long):
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Gain 5 pounds of pure muscle.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

Thanks for accepting! Your muscles look solid and defined, specially pecs, arms, adonis belt and ABS. Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals. How is going your training?
can i ask another question?
is that ok if i just go to gym twice?
1st session is for chest/back/shoulders/abdmnls
2 nd session is for biceps/triceps/Hamstrings/abdm nls
and so each day in beetween has enough rest and to recover.
