though my dad... being lee priest and all.. i go to the gym with him sometimes.. i also just want to look good
Why I Love It:
cause i love looking and feeling good all over

i stay motivated by that if i dont go to the gym... my mates are going to hurt me.. (kidding) umm mostly by just knowing that im doing good for myself.. that makes me feel great

That's a good leg press for a casual lifter! You're so lucky that you stay in good shape even without any training. I have to do quite a bit of cardio to stay as lean as you are. When are you thinking of doing the comp?
