Taken Sep. 19, 2008. Five days from scheduled photo shoot. Detail is very close, but in dire need of some color and needing to tighten up just a little bit more and fill out.

Like most people, I've been following you in Ironmag for quite awhile. I actually still have your first cover issue from 10 or 12 years ago (I thought you were big then, but dang you've grown). I also bought your training dvd from repetrope awhile back. You've been a real inspiration. You and Steve need to do a new dvd with all your X-Rep info.
Hey Jonathan. I just wanted to say that you guys have done an absolutely fantastic job with x-reps.
I am very impressed by the way you guys experimented with the workout principle on your own bodies.
I've been training for a while, and didn't see any huge change in my body before reading "The Ultimate Mass Workout" ebook. X-reps has helped me gaining more muscle faster.

What up, hows the weights treatin ya? So i was wondering what you thought of high intensity traing?I was thinking that it makes since so why not give it a shot since my goal was to gain mass.
