It's amazing how introducing a new variable into the workouts can increase motivationand soreness. Our quads and hams are aching from yesterday's workout that included an extended static contraction set on leg extensions and leg curls. The deep fatigue we got convinced us to carry it over...

I've been using POF foundation routines since it was first published in ironman mag back in the 90's. Still blast'n myself with the concept with small variations and changes when needed.
