i saw a body building magazing and i decided thats the way i wanted to look some day, so first i just started out with a bench press at home, then i met two friends who worked out and they told me about a gym and i just went from there.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing the results in my body and i always feel great after every workout out, and i just want to have my body to it's full potential
How I Stay Motivated:
i just think of what i could look like if i stay commited to my workout. and i look at bodybuilding magizines and see some of my idols
BB Accomplishments:
i gained 10 pounds in only two months, i've lost some weight since then but i've gained some size and i'm becoming more defined, i also go up on the weights i use almost every week.

Already quite muscled and ripped with the solid traps, striated delts, solid arms, chest and abs. Back getting thick and ripped also and wide lats. Can see you compete next year no probs. Andre
