I want to get my bodyfat to the point where I can see my six pack thats hiding at the moment. I want to get bigger traps, arms, and develop my chest as well. I need to pickup my run time for my fitness test at work.
Welcome to my blog... First things first, I have to tell you about the Scivation brownie! I made this the other day, and it felt like like I was cheating. I wish I could have eaten more of them at that time though. Anyways, if you look it up, Marc Lobliner has a youtube video of how to make it,...
eh bro...make an appointment with the HAWC there by the gym!!!! they should be able to hook you up with a great total analysis to help u get started with your goals. U want everythign to be as accurate as possible. Make em do their JOB...LOL....either way, eveything your getting is still a great idea. U still headed out to good ol' WICHITA FALLS in the spring?
Sounds good- I usually hit it at least two or three times a week. I go to the gym at my school the rest of my days. I stopped going for the weekends, but I'm about to start back up to do cardio on weekends to keep up some of the gains as of late. I'm working on getting my cut for the next group of months.
thanks bro! spring will be here before u know it. you'll enjoy medical, just be sure to take discipline there with u. Med Groups (not all) but many need that "MILITARY" mindset that you ca bring from the other side of the house. Alrigth that is all my PME teaching for the day. LOL...have a great weekend.
so they still do all the med training at sheppard afb???? it not that bad there and they gym is open 24 hrs...atleast it was when i was there last a few years back. Just lift and learn and you'll be good.
