hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
new pics up!the pics are in progress all marked either 2/19 or 2/20 looking forward to you critique . what has improved in the 6 months since I started lifting?
Thanks bro! Nice to hear! Yes im from sweden but not from stockholm though.
I am doing diffrent reps per set depending the weight ofc. I have special weeks where I have Heavy weight, Medium and Light. When I have heavy weeks I do 6-7 reps/set, Medium is 8-10 reps/set and light 10-12!
Progress looks good, son! You'll probably be bigger than I am when you hit the same training stage as me. I wish I knew what I was doing the first 1.5 years I started training :( Keep it up bro!
Ya, those gainers are really thick and hard to down. If you still can't gain, I would just start training for strength and to lean out. The mass will slowly but eventually start packing on. This is what I've decided to do but I'm going to try these gainers as a last resort. GL w/ college bro! What are you going to be studying?
How's the gainer going? Has your appetite been suppressed with the added calories? I just picked up Cytosport's Cytogainer (1 serving = 900 calories when made in 16oz of 1% milk) and will probably start it next week (1 serving/day). I'm also going to take a home-made gainer before bedtime (another 900-1000 calories). If I don't gain, something is wrong with me, lol.
I've been training for ~3 yrs now but the first half I didn't really know what I was doing. I ate everything, just drank protein shakes, and gained 10-15 lbs. I've been training mainly for strength correctly the last year since I, like most Asians, cannot bulk even eating 4000 calories/day. I got 10-12 lbs this past yr.
