How I Started:
A good friend talked me into going to the gym and showed me the ropes. I LOVE it.
Why I Love It:
It focuses my mind and gives me amazing clairity of thought. Dumping all the poisons that I used to eat has made me feel so much better all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering how I felt when I stumbled out of bed in the morning for the past few years, as well as how exausted I was when I hauled my sorry butt home after work.

If the Excise tax on Biodiesel and Biodiesel blends was eliminated today, within five years gasoline would become almost obsolete.
