I tried my best to maintain a clean diet during my transition (had a couple of mishaps). I think that's why I didn't gain any weight, however I didn't lose any either. Yet and still, I think my hard work is starting to pay off. I'm ready to knock this last 40 down!

According to the scale I've gained 6 pounds since my Sept weigh in. However, my body fats down to 19.1%.

I haven't lost any inches since Sept either, but I think I look a little leaner. I've come a long way, but I still have a long way to go.

I haven't been as squeaky clean and committed to working out as I was when I first started. I've gone from a cheat meal to a cheat weekend. A six day workout to a 4 day workout. MADNESS!!

I haven't been below 164 and stayed since July. I did get a brief glance at 159 around Sept.

Even though the scale hasn't changed in a while, I'm not too disappointed. I think I see something happening. I'm back in high gear now. I made it through Thanksgiving without any gains and I plan to come out on the other side of Christmas with at least a 7 pound lost!!!
