"I want to see my belly button without having to dig for it, wave my arms without the jiggle, and walk without my thighs touching. One day I will look in the mirror and drool when I see myself!"
I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I've always told myself I would be physically fit with a killer body "when I grow up". Well, before I knew it I had grew up and out. I was determined to lose 80 pds by my birthday. I started researching and working out. I didn't hit my 80 pound mark but I did lose 45 pds and lots of inches by my 30th. What I didn't expect to gain was some muscle mass, a new exciting way to view eating and a undiscovered passion for sweating hard. I'm so happy with my progress and I don't intend to stop until I surpass my goals.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel powerful and in control. Every week I surprise myself. I can't believe, I've earned my red belt in Kuk Sool Won, can run 3 miles none stop and pump iron for hours. I love knowing that I can create the body I want to live my life in.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to challenge myself. There's nothing like meeting a new goal and then setting another one. My monthly progress pics, measurement chart, and weigh in graph keep me going. Anytime I want to quit I look at where I use to be and how far I have come.
BB Accomplishments:
I am just proud of the discipline and dedication I have committed to loving myself. I am still a light weight when it comes to how much I can lift but one day soon you'll see me maxing out with the big girls.

WOW, I was so out of shape. Something had to change!
Whose stomach is this? I can't believe this is my body!!!
I want to see my belly button without having to dig for it, wave my arms without the jiggle, and walk without my thighs touching. One day I will look in the mirror and drool when I see myself!
Goal (Long):
When I walk into a room I want people to take one glance and know that I am a self confident, discipline individual who cares enough to practice self love. All of my life I have given myself to others. I am the type of person who would bend over backwards to help someone else. Unfortunately, I never took the time to help myself. I lacked that balance in my life. Dedicating the time and effort to improving my health has made me a better person. I would love to have a healthy BMI and tight toned muscles.
Over the past year people have started to notice my tremendous physical change. I often am bombarded with statements such as, "Oh, I didn't even recognize you.", "Wow you look great!", " You look so young, I thought you were a teenager!", and "You...
My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
What's up Wrkin? Just wanted to say job well done!!! Keep going, the best is yet to come. I too was the same weighing 225, but lost 75lbs. It was the best thing I ever did!! Also there is already some drooling going on!! You should be very proud of your success. I will pray for your continued success.
